FAQs
▼ Do I need to drill holes in the door frame to install a pull-up bar? Will it stay in place without slipping?
There's no need for drilling. Rubber pads with a grooved surface allow the product to be installed safely and without sliding down.
▼ On what surfaces can a pull-up bar be installed?
It is best to place the pull-up bar on surfaces such as concrete, plastic, or metal. We do not recommend using wooden door frames, as they are often not securely attached to the door frame lining and can then succumb to the pressure of the crossbar and be damaged.
▼ If the door frame width is only 68 cm, can this bar be used for pull-ups? What sizes are ideal?
This example is for size 71-90 cm and the same logic works with a larger pull-up bar. NO, the width of the door frame should be more than 71 cm. You simply will not be able to install it, and for lengths more than 90 cm, we do not guarantee safe use. Therefore, we recommend choosing another pull-up bar in our product line of appropriate length or trying to find a place in your home where the bar can be installed with given dimensions.
▼ How to install a pull-up bar?
The pull-up bar comes with an instruction manual featuring additional illustrations to simplify the installation process. Also, by scanning the QR code on the paper instructions, you can watch a video about the assembly. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer support service for assistance

▼ Is it possible to attach gymnastic rings for children, a punching bag, a swing, etc. to the pull-up bar?
Yes, but ensure that the total load, including the weight of the user and the equipment, does not exceed the maximum allowable limit of 150 kg. We recommend checking the fastenings and the condition of the door frame before each use to ensure maximum safety.
